After that, step counting is performed, and the products are arranged in counting arrays for longitudinal and transverse output. Machine's installation and training service:
Complete machine's certificate: operation instruction book, tool box with machine.
When the machine arrives at the buyer's factory, if the buyer needs an engineer for installation, commissioning, personal training on equipment maintenance, the seller must arrange a professional engineer to solve the problem in the buyer's factory. However, all costs (including visa, air fee, hotel accommodations, meals) and salary must be paid by the buyer. If the residence time is less than 1 month, the salary is 150usd per day; if the residence time is more than 1 month, the salary is 100usd per day.
Warranty and After-sales Service:
One year free maintenance warranty.
If there are some problems with the machine, the buyer can take pictures and send them to the seller by email or online. The seller will help the buyer solve the problem online or by email within 24 hours. For special problems, the seller will send spare parts to the buyer within 7 working days.
If there are major problems with the machine that require an engineer to solve, the seller must arrange a professional engineer to the buyer's factory. All costs (including visa, air fee, hotel accommodations, meals) and a salary of 150$ per day must be paid by the buyer.
