DETAILED PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
The LIBER021 cotton ball making machine is designed for the pharmaceutical industry. It replaces traditional cotton ball production methods, enabling one-step completion of the entire cotton ball manufacturing process.
Cotton ball weight can be controlled via the controller, with sizes ranging from 0.1g to 2.5g-regulated by pipe molds. Changing the cotton ball size simply requires replacing the pipe mold, and the drum clutch can be adjusted in just 20 minutes.
High production efficiency: Equipped with 6 production pipes, the machine can produce 12-15kg of cotton balls per hour. Production speed is controlled by an electromagnetic clutch and adjustable via the controller.
User-friendly operation: Featuring a rational, human-centered design, the process involves cotton sliver being transported through pipes, cut in the rattler, and formed into cotton balls within the pipes-making operation extremely straightforward. The equipment's outer casing is made of stainless steel, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance while complying with national hygiene standards.
