Types of Medical Gauze Machine
Cotton Gauze Weaving Looms:
A specialized loom used for the weaving process of cotton gauze. Using these machines, textile businesses can create sizeable cotton gauze fabric pieces that will be used for bandages or other medical supplies.
Non-Woven Fabric Production Lines:
These are used to create products made of materials other than woven fabric, such as polyester or polypropylene. Non-woven gauze materials can be made with hot pressing or air laying techniques. Non-woven gauze materials are manufactured by combining various chemical substances and fibers, which are then bonded together using heat or mechanical procedures to create a flat sheet.
Bleaching and Dyeing Machines:
These assist in the preparation and dying of the fabric. Cotton and synthetic fibers like rayon and polyester are used to make non-woven gauze fabrics, which can be bleached and dyed to achieve various colors and patterns.
Medical Gauze Bandage Machine:
Whereas the other machines mentioned assist in the production of gauze fabric itself, this is the machine that actually helps in the manufacturing of the gauze bandage. This machine can produce different bandage types, such as sterile, non-sterile, cotton, and crepe bandages.

Specifications
Typically, the medical gauze machine making consists of the following parts with corresponding specifications:
Feeding Device
The device can usually deal with 5 to 10kg of dry cellulose or other materials at one time. The height of it is about 1.5m so as to facilitate the automatic feeding system.
Roller Looms
There are 3 to 6 pairs of looms that weave the gauze. The width of the roller looms ranges from 1m to 2.5m, and the weaving speed can be 3,000 to 5,000r/min.
Hydro-Pulping Chamber
The device can work with 200 to 500L of water per cycle. The pulping time normally lasts from 30min to 2 hours depending on the gauze quality requirements.
Vacuum Pumping System
The vacuum system can handle 0.5 to 1.5m3 of gauze pulp per hour. The moisture extraction rate is around 80% to 90%.
Drying Oven
The oven transfers moisture from 60% to 10%with the drying area of 100m2. The temperature range of it is from 100°C to 200°C. The oven also possesses the functions of sterilization and proper gauze quality control.
Cutting and Packing System
The system can cut gauze widths from 5cm to 20cm. The packing speed reaches up to 50-100 gauzes/min.
