Corn Plaster Packaging Machine is a specialized automatic packaging equipment designed for the packaging of corn plasters (a common over-the-counter medical patch used to treat corns).
Its core function is to integrate processes such as automatic feeding of corn plasters, film forming, sealing, cutting, and waste discharge, converting individual corn plaster products into independently packaged finished goods (usually single-piece or multi-piece blister packaging, or sachet packaging).
It is widely used in pharmaceutical and medical consumables manufacturing enterprises. It is especially suitable for large-scale and standardized production of corn plasters, and can also be adapted to the packaging needs of similar small-sized medical patches (such as wart-removing patches, callus patches). It ensures the hygiene, sealing, and shelf-life stability of products, while improving packaging efficiency and reducing manual labor costs.
1. Full-Automatic Feeding & Positioning System
Most machines are equipped with a vibration feeding tray or belt-type feeding mechanism, which can automatically arrange and transport corn plasters to the packaging station in an orderly manner. With a high-precision photoelectric positioning device, it can accurately align the plaster with the packaging film, avoiding deviation during sealing and ensuring the consistency of product packaging appearance.
2. Multi-Type Packaging Mode Adaptability
It supports common packaging forms of corn plasters to meet different market demands:
- Blister Packaging: Cooperate with aluminum-plastic composite film to form blisters that fit the shape of corn plasters, providing good protection against moisture and contamination, and is convenient for consumers to take;
- Sachet Packaging: Use non-woven fabric or plastic film to make independent small sachets, which is light and portable, and suitable for single-use packaging scenarios (such as travel).
3. Precision Sealing & Cutting Mechanism.
- The sealing part adopts constant temperature heating or ultrasonic sealing technology. The temperature, pressure, and sealing time can be adjusted according to the material of the packaging film (such as PE, PET, aluminum-plastic film), ensuring tight sealing without leakage, and avoiding the problem of reduced product effectiveness due to moisture; - The cutting knife is made of high-hardness stainless steel, with a sharp edge and long service life. It can accurately cut the continuous packaging material into individual finished packages, and the cutting edge is flat without burrs.
4. Hygienic Design & Easy Maintenance
- The parts in contact with corn plasters (such as feeding channels, packaging chambers) are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which meets the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards for medical products.
