Machine Features and Workflow​

The machine adopts a European-style high-strength steel structure. For smart components, it uses an advanced high-performance PLC along with a large touchscreen for control, simplifying operation, and is equipped with servomotors. The automatic feeding section employs a vibratory feeder. Main material sources include: Solenoid valves (SMC) / Photoelectric sensors (Japanese KEYENCE) / Motors (Taiwan Yungkun) / PLC (Japanese Mitsubishi) / Relays (French Schneider) / Proximity sensors (Korean AUTONICS) / Air filters (SMC) / Cylinders (SMC and AIRTAC) / Absolute electronic cam (Japanese KOYO) / Frequency converters (Taiwan Shilin) / Industrial cameras CCD (Japanese KEYENCE) / Bearings and some standard components (Japanese IKO and MISUMI), etc.​

Machine Advantages​

In the mechanical linkage section, the machine uses an efficient electronic cam combined with precision mechanical cams to achieve unified power transmission. This greatly enhances work stability and machine durability, leading to an extremely low annual maintenance rate. It is suitable for new employees in new factories to operate. Compared to previous industry equivalents, the stability of the starting linkage system exceeds 98%. This transmission system, the first of its kind adopted domestically, has been granted a national invention patent.​

Power On Process​

Turn on the power switch of the operating screen, and it will automatically enter the ready-to-start state.​

Open the pneumatic slide valve to connect the compressed air. Check if the pressure from the pneumatic pressure source is between 5~6 kg/cm². If the air pressure is insufficient, the screen will show a warning. Once the pressure returns to normal, press "Reset" on the operating screen to clear the alarm automatically. (Note: If the equipment continues to display alarms, follow the prompts on the operation interface to resolve the abnormal issues.)​

Check if the internal parts of each fixture on the turntable are normal (no debris or tools stored), and confirm that the products inserted by the feeder are correct before moving to the next step.​

After powering on, the operating screen will enter the operating status display.​

Press the "Conveyor" and "Feeder" buttons (these buttons will change color, from yellow with black text to light blue with red text), indicating they are in the ON state. The conveyor and feeder will start automatically, and the semi-finished products will enter each station, standing by for production.​

Press "Automatic" to enter the automatic preparation state, then press "Start". The equipment will start running automatically for production.​
