Paraffin Gauze Pad Making Machine

Paraffin gauze pad making machine is an automatic machine for making the paraffin gauze pad gauze of 5cm x 5cm, 7.5cm x7.5cm and 10cm x 10cm as standard sizes, then pack the paraffin pads which have been covered by plastic fills on both surfaces into the aluminium foil peel-open pouches. All the process are automatic, the worker only requires to collect the ready-made and packed paraffin gauze pad at the conveyor belt. Other special sizes can also be made as per request.

Technical and configure
1.Make mould as customer's package requirements, 2-6 mould /one time. Machine running speed is is 60 pouches per min
2.Input and output frame use stainless;
3.External components and products lanes are made by stainless steel, paraffin container and aisle are made by 304#stainless and silicone rubber to avoid polluting products.
4.Machine equip DELTA PLC sealing and cutting use servo motor, Feeding and pulling use stepping motor,frequency control adjust speed; Heating for sealing and paraffin heating is 0--300℃ degree constant, temperature control;
5. Moving platform guide rail is use Taiwan ABBA seamless wire;
6. Code printer matched with normal words;
7. We will supply gasholder ,it can keep stable air pressure;
8. Return back roller use magnetic powder brake tension control (5pcs) which can keep tension stable;
9.Air cooler used for Paraffin quick dry ,air heater used for control quantity of paraffin
10.Can produce 5*5cm,7.5*7.5cm,10*10cm
11.Packing: Pallet and PE film
