1. Each material unwinding device and each waste collection device is controlled by a magnetic powder tension system, ensuring stable material feeding and waste collection during operation.

2. Each feeding section, packaging section, and cutting section adopts motion control systems from well-known domestic and international brands. Combined with our long-term theoretical knowledge and practical experience in equipment operation and software programming, the machine can automatically adjust the phase, front-to-rear position, and the center position of the medicine pad. It also supports touchscreen visualization for intuitive operation.

3. The wrapping paper feeding is equipped with automatic deviation correction control, enabling stable feeding even during high-speed operation and avoiding material misalignment.

4. The molds are processed using high-speed steel, which ensures a long service life and easy replacement. Production can be started simply by inputting the corresponding parameters, improving operational efficiency.

5. The equipment boasts high production efficiency, with a speed range of 0-120 pieces per minute-2.5 times faster than the current manual packaging method, significantly reducing labor costs.

6. The packaging process adopts a flat sealing method, which solves the problem of weak sealing common in rolling equipment. The sealing tension can be adjusted according to different packaging materials. With fast packaging speed, stable quality, and high efficiency, it is suitable for processing materials such as coated paper and hot-melt adhesive paper.

7. Taiwan KONTEC photoelectric sensors are used for color code tracking, ensuring stable and uniform slice sizes of the finished patches.

8. It is capable of spraying production dates and batch numbers on the outer packaging paper, facilitating product traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

9. The equipment is equipped with an automatic stop function for material shortage and an abnormal alarm function for each working position, effectively preventing production errors and ensuring operational safety.

10. It has the function of counting both product output and finished product delivery, providing accurate data support for production management and inventory control.
