Automatic Cotton Bud Machine

Auto cotton buds packing machine uses PLC process control and closed-type hot-air circulating drying technology to dry the cotton swabs during the operation process. The machine also uses screw-type servo motors to control vacuum suction manipulator, then achieve the automatic packing effect. Hence, the machine can create a continuous production process, from cotton feeding, broken cotton silver, cotton swab molding, drying to packing.

It is fit for automatically packing plastic bag, different plastic square box or round tin, etc.

1. Uses cotton feeding system with peristaltic pump to ensure the equality of feeding process.

2. The two-part closed-type drying system has automatic hot-air circulation function to control the dryness of cotton swab at six percent

3. Servo motor using screw-type can track inhaled cotton swabs, make machine hand become more stable and remarkably easy to adjust or operate.

4. About the installment and dismantle of cotton swabs, the machine has automatic positioning function,no need to adjust.

5. The total power of the machine is 8000 W but the actual power consumption is 7000 W, therefore it is helpful to energy saving.

6. Cotton swabs molding with self-pressing type makes cotton swabs become more good-looking and helps to avoid cotton swabs lacking cotton roll.

7. About the change of machine' speed, PLC computer can automatically calculate and track, hence there is no need of adjustment.
